Return Policy

Items purchased from TracyTenpenny Design may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for an exchange of merchandise or a full refund (less shipping costs). You must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) prior to returning the merchandise. Items must be returned in original condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs required to return the item. If items are returned for an exchange of merchandise, the customer will incur shipping charges for delivery of exchange items. Tracy Tenpenny Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process. If the items are never received or are received in poor condition a refund will not be issued. For this reason, it is recommended that you return all items via insured mail. Please allow 2 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.

Quality and Repairs

Tracy Tenpenny pieces are handcrafted with the highest quality materials purchased from all over the world. All of our pieces are designed and engineered to withstand normal wear and we take great care to assure that all of our pieces are carefully assembled and delivered with high quality.

By nature, jewelry items are delicate and require careful handling. For this reason we do not offer a standard warranty policy. If repairs are necessary, you may return the item (please see below for instructions) to us and we will assess the damage to determine if the charges are required to complete the repair. Simple repairs not requiring the replacement of major components will, in most cases, be done free of charge (less shipping costs). Simple repairs requiring the replacement of a major component will generally require that the customer pays for materials but not labor. Complex repairs will likely involve both material and labor costs. We cannot guarantee the availability of materials; therefore, we can not guarantee that your item can be fully repaired.

To return an item for repair, please first contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once a RAN is received, items can be shipped to Tracy Tenpenny Design at the customerís cost. Tracy Tenpenny Design is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process. Upon receiving the item we will assess the damage and notify the customer of any charges that may apply, prior to beginning the repair. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item back to the customer following the repair.
